I was in a hurry last night, and only thought I had fixed it. Now
I've fixed it. What really happened is that I regenerated configure
in a working directory with an out of date aclocal.m4 in the Athena
mainline, and that got imported into sipb-athena, which caused things
to start to break again.
I also noticed that on 1/21/98 I did an import with a tag and log
message for 1/28/98. There were a lot of files which got the wrong
tag, fewer which got the wrong log message. I'll see how easy it is
to repair.
