okay.. well, I went through, and put it in the old syspacks, which
will be useable until you go to 1.1
I'm not sure exactly how long until we do a bump release, but until
that point, users of 1.1 won't have xdsc
(you know.. I'm not big on this release engineering thing, but I guess
it stops us from screwing people over).
Until that point however, you should be able to run xdsc from /usr/athena/bin
