It's not there.

Further, you seem to have suceeded in:

	1) Not producing a postscript file (though the makefile does)
	2) Not updating the Revision of the file. What's the point
	in having the revision if people don't check the file in
	to generate it before releasing it? (grr!!!)

I must say, I think that system:netbsd-dev should have retained a
permissions on the /srvd. s:a bits should not be relevent to the
releng procedure.
