NetBSD and no mbone

Since quite some time ago, dt is no longer our mbone router
(it moved to bill-the-cat, and then to portnoy).
Far more importantly, it's now running NetBSD/sparc for most of the
time, and since Athena would like to get rid of supporting the IPX
platform (cf transaction 2983 and following in
picayune:/usr/spool/discuss/sipb-staff), dt is being converted to a
NetBSD/sparc machine.
It may move into the machine room, particularly when we get a free
Classic from Athena representing their support of our NetBSD/sparc
efforts. (Rah! Rah!)
