I logged into deathtongue for the first time, and noticed some
issues about customizing my account. I'm not sure where to report
it, so I figured I'd ask here first to see if people have seen it
before.

The first time I logged in, I set various preferences -- configured
Internet explorer, set my Windows explorer folder views the way I like
them, and a few other things. I logged out and back in, and discovered
that the changes hadn't stuck. I set all the preferences again, logged
out and back in a third time, and this time my preferences stayed set.

Is the failure to work the first time a known bug?

(I didn't pay close attention, but I'm pretty sure my ~/.pds directory
wasn't created until after I logged out of the first session...)
