d_wang and I merged the msdn CD's. Many of the new october 1999 cd's
were missing. The only october 1999 cd's we received are in the
"Development Platform" series.
There are many oct 1999 CD's listed in the index from the
series of "office test platform & development tools" (yellow labels)
and the "backoffice test platform" (red labels)
that were ether not received in the most recent distribution
or were lost before we got to them.
