It is, although you need parts of Tcl as well to make Tk work. It's not (yet?)
fully seperable from Tcl.

I wish java would work under SunOS 3.1.4 because than I would try to make Tk
work
with java myself, but I run java on a NT and I don't have much experience using
that system to compile programs (and seeing a post about somebody having
problems
writing native code I think I won't even try ;)
