Is there a 'setGraphics()' command to match the 'getGraphics()' ?
I have an applet with an offscreen image; rather than drawing into the
offscreen, and then _copying the whole thing_ onscreen (even with clipping)
I want to just swap those two buffers....
Is there some other type of sub-component I can create that will allow me to
change the pointer that it uses for displaying? Or create my _own_
'Graphics' first to pass the window creator - that I can then switch behind
its back!
I looked at 'setPixel()' in the image filter, but this seems for
post-processing images.
tia!
