Some Scrollbar methods seem to be missing...

I'm using JDK 1.0 Beta, and trying to work with scrollbars. Some methods
(setValues, for example) work fine, but others (such as setLineIncrement)
make the java compiler choke:

"No method matching setLineIncrement(int) found in class Scrollbar."

Does anyone know what's going on? Are these unimplemented methods, and
if so what are they doing in the current API documentation?

really wanting to set that scrollbar line increment,

P.S. This is on a Sparc20 running SunOS 5.4.
