We at MAGMA/LIFIA use Java to implement Distributed Artificial Intelligence
on the Web.
Frequently we write custom protocol handlers that do all kinds of intelligent
things with transfered data before displaying it. Consequently, we stick
with the alpha Java & HotJava - we'll switch when the new browser arrives.
I just want to be sure, though, that the new browser supports custom protocol
handlers in basically the same way the current version of HotJava does.
***Can somebody from the Java team please confirm this?***
Thanks, F.
