According to the rules in http://javacontest.sun.com
residents of France are not allowed to enter the Java Contest.
As a resident of France (although my nationality is Belgian),
I'd like to know why this is.
I can think of many reasons why France is not in the list
of countries, but none of them should really matter when
it comes to a Java programming contest. Most time at my
job I spend in cyberspace, not in France.
