Ok, here are my list o' questions:
1) Does anyone have any time clues when the following will be out:
a) The beta Java browser for NT/'95
b) The final Java browser for any platform (especially NT/'95)
2) I'm thinking about picking up the book "Java!" by New Riders press, but
I'm not really certain if I should. What will change by the time the final
release comes out? I'm a broke college student, so I don't want to waste $30
or $40 on a book that will become outdated. Does anyone have any advice on this?
3) What does it mean when it says "applet destroyed"? I tried running the
bouncing heads demo off of the java.sun.com site, and the first and second
times I tried running it, I got the message "applet destroyed". What does
that mean?
