(Sorry, I don't know who to address this to, so I'm sending to the list.)
When a subclass method implements one declared in an interface or
abstract class, could javadoc automatically provide links to the
documentation of the parent declaration(s) of the method? It is
painful to add these links by hand.
I can see rationale for not always linking to the parent decl
documentation when the subclass overrides the method, but for abstact
methods, I can't see why anyone wouldn't want automatic linking. And
it would help out those of us who place principal documentation of
method behavior in interfaces.
