Internationalizing a Java app shouldn't be mind numbingly hard, since it
uses Unicode for it's character and string types. However, having
Unicode isn't going to automatically make the job of internationalization a
breeze (or is it?). Is there a list of do's and dont's for making Java apps
that are easy to internationalize?
