I don't think that person is sorry (I mean, just how sorry can
you be? this happens all the time ... happened when my phone
was instaled two years ago ... )
It seems that all monopolized services (like cable TV, telephone, etc.)
are like this ... I can't watch channels two, four, and seven because
the signal off the wire provides for a picture which is almost entirely
white.
Argh!
