	Actually, I read that it was her attorneys that made it an
issue, just as a part of all the details of living arrangements. In
hashing out the plan, they proposed (quoting directly from Clarinet

short bob like that given to women at the service academies.". To be
sure apparently one of them got emotional over this. But I saw nothing
indicating that Faulkner herself really cared (I mean, after "The words
``Die Shannon'' were painted on a sign recently, and safety is a
concern.", hair's probably far from first in her mind).
