	would be nice. :-}

work:
Off to Toronto 7/19 early *early* morning, should be back by Friday.
[Hi! I'm back! :-) 2 ports in 5 hours. Wheeee...]
Canada has tougher border control than Switzerland...

Switzerland was more interesting this time -- two fireworks shows,
more interesting eating places, and I remembered to bring back
	chocolate this time! :-)

toys:
The HP loaner has worked fine. Saved the day on the Switzerland trip...
	[and the Canada trip...]

  Life schedule:

Time for some random variables! I got sick saturday night, and
ever since then I've been really tired most of the time, and I
spent Sunday in a state that did not closely resemble comfort.
I'm feeling mostly ok by now, though; time to get back on track...

So, the end of the summer is getting closer and closer all the
time, and I'm still a bit behind on what I'm going to be doing.

  Work schedule:

Well, I got sick instead of finishing up the way I thought I was
going to do. :-( The judge is wrapped up; anything else will
probably be simple tweaks after Bruce looks at it.

Try is another matter; my open-ended bug in the version server
client code is still there, although almost everything else is
gone from my TODO list on it... I need to just get familiar
enough with the code to figure out where the abstraction is
breaking... (try runs fine, but it doesn't notify the version
server of anything and doesn't notice that it doesn't notify the
version server of anything. Codecenter notices, however. :-)

Once that's done, I'll beat more on rpd and maybe even try to
fix a couple bugs that have been longstanding complaints of
    mine...

  Play schedule:

Well, Saturday was good and full, and Sunday I was sick, and I've
not done much since then. Maybe swimming tomorrow?

  Hack schedule:

So, I took off on one of my `do random non work related things
even though I should be going to sleep instead' sprees and built
some stuff I'd been meaning to look at for a while. Nothing that
requires serious work yet, but some cool stuff nonetheless.

Oh, it won't rain all the time...
  The sky won't fall forever.
and though the night seems long..
  your tears won't fall,
  your tears won't fall,
  your tears won't fall...
  ..forever

_It Won't Rain All the Time_, Jabe Sibbery
