Is there any good reason why "This user's .plan is not world readable" appears
in here?
Why not have a second group called "ca-errors" or something, and if someone's
.plan doesn't show up they can check there too see why. It could even contain
information if a plan is punted for some other reason.
This seems far more useful for people trying to figure out why their plan
doesn't appear, and far better for people trying to read ca who don't really
care about non-world-readable .plans.
