Isn't the House "bank" an example of Libertarianism in action (remember, there's no bank regulation in Libertaria)? If the managers of an organization want to grant special privileges to one group of clients, because they think it's worth it for whatever reason, isn't that their absolute Libertarian prerogative? The theory is if the other people don't like it, they can leave. If the remaining group is enough to support the bank, it goes on, if not, the participants have only themselves to blame. As long as no government funds are involved, the ad's specific complaint is both false and curiously contrary to the stated philosophy.
