To the Boston driving rules, I propose the following addition:
Right of way is determined by the formula:
total mass x (obnoxiousness)^3
Right of Way = -----------------------------------
cost of being in resulting accident
Whomever has the highest number has the right of way. Note that anyone
with sufficient obnoxiousness does not need a vehicle to have the right
of way. Examples of this can be found in Harvard Square.
