\According to the Net, (especially the civil liberties groups),. Jury Nullification
is that if a jury feels that a person is being prosecuted under an unjust
law, they can find the defendant not guilty, even if ther prosecution has
proved the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.  Supposedly
juries have the right toi do this, but the courts have throwen off any jurors
who know about it, and have had people who hang around outside courtrooms
giving jurors pamphlets which explain jury nullification jailed in contempt of
court.
I haven't read the Const thoroughly enough to know whether or not jury nullification does it eixst, but personall,y i hoipe it does.
