I sent him mail about this; it's sort of a civil disobedience thing, since
he feels that ca is an abuse of our computrons and a violation of users'
privacy. Since he's doing it as a political statement, and not as a
confused user, it certainly comes close enough (in my book) to `protected
speech' (such as it exists in this medium), and I won't remove him from
the database against his wishes.
