Right now the deal with CA is that every readable .plan gets put in, and
you have to explicitly *ask* to have your .plan omitted (assuming it's
readable in the first place). Right?
How about doing it the other way around? That is, only read the .plans
of people who have asked to be on the list? This would have the
advantage of omitting the .plans of people who don't understand or don't
even know about CA, and also be more in keeping with MIT's privacy
standards. There are disadvantages, too -- I'll let someone else
discourse about those. (This telnet line is *very* slow.)
