Sending mail to people concerning unreadable .plans and instructing these
people on making their files world-readable, yet not informing them about
CA, fosters the impression of an arrogant and nosey clique. In an
indirect way [sorry for bringing this up again after all the flame wars],
it invites .plans like natasha's while not allowing the authors of the
.plans to realize that a rather large contingent of unknown people will
read them. If mail concerning the readableness of .plans will be sent,
PLEASE include a note discussing CA. A stock answer should then be
forwarded to those who enquire further upon the matter.
