Let me get this straight... There's this hack that goes through
everyone's directory, and without their consent, posts the .plan file.
Because of this everyone is now responsible for censoring their plan
file in accordance with the tastes of the people who read this
meeting? It seems to me that the issue should be whether the existence
of the world readable file in one's directory constitutes a violation
of the harassment policy. I find it difficult to accept that we should
be bound by the functionality of CA.
