I disagree with the back of the door because CA collects these for us.
Because fingering a person (in the standard setup) gives the .plan file.
Because the whole idea of a .plan file is ``This is something to tell
you about me.''
I think the concept of a file that stays in a person's homedir being
inside the person's private space is a strong one. How is a .plan file
different from any other discuss posting? By creating a .plan file and
BY MAKING IT MODE xx4, a user is saying ``I want people to read this,''
whether via finger or ca (or cat).
