Let me take another shot at explaining the _back_ of the door
analogy. As has been noted, anyone who sees a .plan has to take
deliberate action to do so, similar to opening a door. And CA postings
are not something one "just sees" in the course of a typical day - it
takes determined effort to do so.
This issue seems to come up frequently. For our collective
convenience, could we try to follow the ideas 1) Critical comments and
complaints about a .plan go first by mail to the person involved. 2)
Harassment discussion goes to the 'harass' meeting.
