sethf, just out of curiosity, where do you get the idea that
Catholics think every sperm is sacred? While the Catholic Church
does forbid masturbation (though there are many Catholics who question
this), it is not on the basis that there is something sacred about
sperms per se, but rather because it supposedly debases human
sexuality and the human body, which is supposed to be the "temple of
God."
P.S. If this becomes a flame war, then we should move it to flaming
thoughts. Also, I am in no way trying to interfere with anyone's
right to put whatever they want in their .plan file, I just think that
this particular entry raises some of the popular misconceptions about
Catholics in it and I'm just trying to clarify them.
