Well, there's a brief mention of it in Essential Discuss/the Discuss on-line
help modules:

  Partial List of Public Discuss Meetings

  Central_America         163; Nightly update archives of .plan files

Now that I look at it, it's a weird wording, eh?

I think it's also mentioned in SIPB's Using Discuss.  Are you saying we should
put it in Getting Started?  Perhaps in a MOTD?
