cpw and office rearrangement

first: there is an alpha chi contingent planning to attend the cpw in
ithaca, from july 30 - august 1. thus far, i have heard from sam, emily,
marisa, ian, and myself; if there is anyone else who is interested in
attending this cpw, please contact me asap.
second: the office is being rearranged. hopefully, even starting tomorrow.
the couches as well as the cushioned chairs have been replaced; all of those
items are being donated to the massachusetts coalition for the homeless,
with the exception of the black couch, which will be dismantled at a
combination study break and learn how to use tools sometime in the future. >:)
or something, anyway; more details will be forthcoming.
we may still be looking for someone to move a cleaning implement (deep-cleaning
vacuum thingy) from fenway to the office. i have been told that it is
probably too ungainly to walk it over, and i do not know if we have wheeled
transportation for it yet. if you have a car/truck/van available for
transportation within the very near future (i.e. today or tomorrow), please
contact susama (since she may or may not have already procured transportation)
and i.
if anyone feels like helping out with office cleaning/rearrangement, feel
free to drop by; brothers will be around most of tomorrow, i believe. there
may even be food (kept quite separate from the chemicals). :) also, another
shameless plug: there will be some minor amount of furniture moving tomorrow
at 1:30, along memorial drive between baker and tdc. and it's for a good
cause (the same charity to which we are donating the old office furniture)! :)
