                       Tonight! 7:30!
Come help move furniture for a
                     charitable donation!

With the ASC's permission we may also be getting rid of some of the office
furniture, since we now have replacements.

Please send me mail if you can come...you know you want to :)

***We are initially meeting on the Memorial Drive side of Baker
House, where Baker meets the TDC Fraternity ***

> We have a charity (Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless) who wants
> the Baker furniture. We will be renting a Sears truck, and there is a
> designated driver.
>
> If you responded to my earlier post (and even if you haven't),
> please come by tonight starting at 7:30 (as your schedule permits)
> to help load the furniture onto the truck.
>
> (If nobody is there, check the Amherst Alley side.)

> Based on the number of responses I've received, and the amount of
> furniture, it should take us a couple of hours.
>
> Here is the priority of things to be moved onto the truck:
> 1. Chairs and dressers.
> 2. Small eating-height tables.
> 3. Sofas and lounge chairs if not damaged by rain.
> 4. Large eating-height tables.
>
> Exclude: desks, damaged (ie unusable) furniture, and rain-damaged
> upholstered furniture.

> additional material to the donation center in the morning, then we may
> consider that possibility should the truck fill up.
>
> Thank you for your assistance! Please tell your friends; the more
> people, the easier.
