Hi

I want to extend a formal invitation to all of you to come and
participate in our service projects, fellowship events and fun
activities. I also want to encourage all of you to "hang out" in the
office when you have free time. Remember, we have a huge comic book
collection to help you wile away the hours, candy and soda to snack
onand we have tons of brothers to engage you in conversation.

I know that many of you are inactive because you are hosed. Please
don't think that because you are very busy that we don't want to see
you, know how you are doing , or appreciate you and your help. If you
can only come to one project, if you can't come to any projects at all
but can just visit us every now and then, please do.

Don't feel guilty that you can't do as much as you want, we all have
time constraints, and I respect that. I just don't want you to feel
that you can't come into the office if you don't go on every project,
or if you haven't been active in years, or if you come from another
chapter.

I also want to extend to you the same invitation to talk to me, that I
have extended to the active brothers. If you have any concerns,
issues, or problems with APO, MIT, or just life in general, I'd like
to hear it. I am your president as well, and I care. If I can't
solve the problem myself, I'll try to direct you to people who can.
Also, if you just want to chat, you can find me and we can go for
coffee and yummy cakes. :)

YiLFS,

Ann-Marie
President AX chapter, Alpha Phi Omega
