Hi everyone:
I want to know who will be around for the summer. I'd like to know
this for several reasons:
1)I want to have regular hours that the office will be open and I'd
like for brothers to agree to be in the office from say 12-2 every
day. (Yes I know that this was done with officer office hours, but
I think that this can be a way for all of us to work together for the
chapter by doing something a simple as saying, "I will eat my lunch in
the APO office every Weds". And thus the office will be open.")
There will be a signup sheet in the office by Weds so that you can
sign up for hours
2) I have alot of projects that I need help with over the
summer. (Office painting, Cabinet and Shelf building, AXCoAPO
creating...and MORE :))
3) Cathy will be having projects all summer.
So, if you are going to be around, please tell me.
*NOTE* Telling me that you will be around does *NOT* mean that you
have signed up for an office slot, nor does it mean that you have
committed yourself to office construction. I just want to know if you
are going to be around, even if you are going to be around for a month
or a week, I'd like to know. Heck, maybe we can simply go for coffee :)
