Officers' reports:

AVP (Melissa): Minutes happened. Room reservations happened. Then more
minutes happened.
Ari: (to the AVP) You knwo you sound just like Janet from the Muppets
when you say 'room reservations.'
Treasurer (Matt): Books will happen this weekend, as will paperwork/money for
nationals stuff.
APOcEd (David): There are APOCs. Take one.
ASC (Cathy): I did stuff. But I've done absolutely nothing that this committee
would care about.
PubDir (Pipa): NOTHING TO REPORT.
Historian (Carolyn J.): I have three rools of developed film, see?
President (Lizzie): It's later in the term than you'd ever think. And WPI
has invited us to attend their formal in December.
Committee reports:

Conclave (Cathy): We need attendees. And money. And workers.
Silkscreen (Cathy): Class will be on Sunday Nov. 2. We'll
be making Conclave's worker shirts.
Umoc (Melissa): Sign up to work next week. And dexion setup
is on Sunday at 5pm.

President (Lizzie): Do we want to volunteer to do anything differently at
Rush next year? There will be some major changes, and if we want to do
things that fraternities would normally do, i.e. the airport shuttle,
we should act now.
Ari: Let's volunteer. It can't hurt.
President (Lizzie): So for the agenda for the next meeting, we need to elect
voting delegates for Conclave.
Announcements:

Sparky: APO Youth Grants. Apply for funds to use on either
a one-shot project or a year-long continuous project that deals with
youth.
Sign up to help with UMOC.
Lizzie: SFF is in a few weeks. As is Conclave, and George's Island.

Cathy: All my thesis work since June has been useless.
