So, unfortunately, one of our voting delegates found out last minute that
he has a conflict with that particular saturday. Personally I think he's
just embarassed to be seen with me. I mean, I told him that we could sit on
opposite sides of the room and I'd pretend not to know him and it wouldn't
be too painful, but he still made up something about rifles. pfeh. Anyway,
as a result
we need to elect a new voting delegate. Someone who's only slightly
embarassed to be seen with me this time, perhaps? I promise to be good. Not
too many funny faces. I mean, aside from my normal one. So, next Wednesday
we'll vote on this hero/heroine. If you're interested in being fabled about
forever as the person with iron nerves and the ability to put up with
Lizzie!, please be at the next meeting, or let me know ahead of time.
(sigh) Sorry to be such trouble.
