So, I'd like to see if carnival is actaually a feasable thing. There are
people looking into whether or not we can get money, and people trying
to talk to the IFC.
Current consensus seems to be that carnival the way we did it 30 years
ago is not possible, at least not yet, but there are people who want to do a
spirit raising thing on campus. We need to figure out a plan of what we
are doing with carnival, if we are doing carnival. I've been hearing a lot
of "we should do something carnival like but different"'s lately, and I'd
like to get together some ideas for what these differents can be. I'd like
to be able to come up with a plan for this soon (before the chapter meeting)
and thus I'm calling a meeting Friday night at 9. I'd be willing to play with
different times on Friday, or move it to Sunday night at the same time. Let
me know if any onf these times are good/bad, otherwise I'll see who I see in
the office then.
