I'm in town until early tomorrow morning. Because I would like to see
you all, and because I like to eat, I'm proposing an informal dinner
trip tonight (1 July) sometime around seven pm.
Here's the idea: meet in, say, the SIPB office at seven, and figure
out someplace to go from there. If I get an overwhelming response, I
will trouble to make reservations. More likely, the destination can
be determined by majority vote, or if that doesn't work, by the
dictatorial decree of yours truly. Suggestions are welcome.
Feel free to forward this around, and feel free to come even if you
haven't a clue who this autumn character is. RSVPs are encouraged but
not necessary; their main purpose will be to keep me from punting if
it doesn't look like there is interest.
