This analysis isn't quite accurate. More accurately.

1) An MIT student was inconvenienced.
2) A janitor did something he should not have done.
3) Office security was compromised.

There are actually two seperate issues:
A) the issue of how to handle drop poster paints in a way that makes
sure we get them back in a timely fashion without a whole lot of
inconvience to all involved.

B) A janitor let someone who is not a member of APO into the APO
office and remove items from the the office.

Both of these are problems.
