Hold onto your hats because here comes a flood of information about
my new favorite obsession!!!! Be Patient and read the following
Carefully!

BOOK EXCHANGE!!!!!!

Book Exchange will open on Monday September 2 and close on Friday September 6.
Hours 10 AM to 5 PM.
Room: 407 (yup, right down the hall! Convienent huh!)
PC: Me, Carolyn Phillips
Publicity PC: Jeffrey Pu (Yeah!)
Treasurer PC: Lizzie (Yeah!)

Extra help will be needed at 8:30 PM on Sunday September 1 for
setting up (be glad, it was almost 8:00 AM Monday morning) and
Friday, Sept 6, tearing down at 5 PM. Also Publicity PC
will need help Papering Campus on Monday.

Sign up sheets have been placed in the APO office.

In the Four days (Thus, Fri, Sat, Sunday) prior to BX there
will be office hours from 1200 to 1600 (noon to four) so
people can drop their books off. A sheet explaining how to
handle drop offs is in the office.
I will be in there tommorrow since I realize this
is short notice but there is also a sign up for this.

We will have similar office hours for September 26
to September 30 so people can pick up checks and books.
A signup sheet is not out yet but keep your eye out for
it (I will e-mail yall when it appears) and keep it in
mind.

Last day for picking up checks and books will be
October 14.

****The handouts for Reg day are being picked up tomorrow
morning from Graphic arts. Take note Reg day people!!!****

Here is a worrisome detail!!!!! There are no BX envelopes
printed up as far as I or several other sources know!!!
If anybody knows differently for certain, e-mail me! Otherwise
Tommorow I will use standard envelopes and write
the info on the outside until they can be printed up.

That's about it for now! If you have any questions, e-mail me.
Sign up early, fast, and often!!!!!!
I will be hopefully working on the Drop Poster
tommorrow while other brothers are projecting. Stop by
if you'd like to help or if you'd just like to wish
me a Happy Birthday!!!
Much thanks to Charlie and numerous other brothers who
helped me get on track today!!

YiLFS,
Carolyn
