Hi, all. The APO dance card is full! It seems many people
know different things about upcoming projects and events,
but we thought it would be good to summarize them all in one place.
We still need several PCS and LOTS of help. Comments are
certainly welcome, but here's the potential schedule as best
we know it now.....
Thurs, July 4th- Fulton's Folly at the Esplanade, all day long- PC:Ingrid
Saturday, July 6th- BBQ at Ron's -PC: Ingrid
plus tie dying rush shirts -PC: Jeff
Saturday, July 12th- Bay State Games -PC: Kevin
Saturday, July 20th- Open Project, (bench painting??) and
fellowship event. Interphase minority program
invited. PC NEEDED!!!!!! Publicity PC NEEDED!!!!!
Friday, July 26th-Sunday 28th- CPW - PC: Emily
Saturday, Aug 3rd- screen rush shirts (first run)- PC: Harry
Saturday, Aug 10th- screen rush shirts (second run)- PC: Harry
Sunday, Aug 18th- Office fixup party- PC: Lan
R/O STARTS AUG 19th!!!!! ("yeeeeeeeeaaaaahhhhhhh", says Ari)
On Wed Aug 21st, Thurs Aug 22nd and Monday Aug 26th, the R/O tours and
events committee is asking us to run revolving campus tours out of the
office. This'll be fun ("fun", says Ari), good on campus service,
and a GREAT way to meet Freshmen.
We need at least three people 9-5 on Wed, 9-12 on Thursday, and 9-5 on
Monday. (two to lead tours, a third to wait in the office and gather people
as they come in for the next one). -PC NEEDED!!!!!
Tues Aug 27th- Activity's Midway 5-9pm. We need people for setup and
cleanup and to sit at the table. We'll need at least one press-op.

Sat, Aug 31- Open project 2
Sept 4, Open meeting 1
Also, if we're interested, we might be asked to help the incoming class
move their luggage around as another service/rush event. Details
to come as they're available.
