Ezra, myself, and possibly Ira, are looking for 2 people to help us make a
household. The address is 52 rural Ave in Medford, a very nice neighborhood.
We have 5 bus lines which stop right on the block and from there go to
Wellington, Sullivan, and Davis. There are also express lines which go
straight to Harvard nonstop. Transit time to MIT via these methods is 40mins.

Matching Roomates describes us as "the house with every amenity known to man".
This is an exageration (the butler and the valet didn't have enough to do in
a household of MIT nerds so they quit :), but what we do have is:
  2 refrigerators
  4 bathrooms (2 half, 2 full)
off street parking for 3 or 4
  on street parking for 2
  5 bedrooms
  2 fireplaces
  a computer room (of course)
4 phone lines (only one active at present)
a real front and back yard
a brick grill in that back yard
a garage (currently in use by the landlord, but we have space if wanted)
80+ year old oak floors everywhere in the public areas
a living room bigger than most backbay studio apartments
a kitchen that's spacious and has plenty of cupboard space and shelving
brand new dishwasher (our old one died, we had a new one in a week)
a dining room (which is currently a public study)
a basement with both finished and unfinished areas
a washer and dryer (dryer heats with gas)
gas water heat (big tank, we don't run out of hot water with normal use)
  gas heat for the house
a really good relationship with our landlord who lives on the next block
What we don't have (or want) is:
  smokers
  pets
people who won't share house responibilities (chores, etc)
  bill problems
  any landlord problems

The house rents for $1600 per month + utilities. Full up with 5 people that's
$320 per person + $60 (more in winter, less in summer) per person for the
utilities.
