follows. A check will be waiting for you in the APO office on the
message board by tomorrow afternoon to pay for postage and the flyers
are on the table. Please bring back any that aren't used as we'll need them
for R/O and PLEASE tell me if something comes up and you can't make it.

Subject: Summer Mailing Stuffing Party Info

First, I'd like to apologize for the late notice of this information, but
we've been having a hell of a time with the Post Office and issues surrounding
this mailing.
Now, onto the important information :
When : 5pm on wednesday (tommorow)
Where : W20-400 (The big wooden room on the 4th floor of the student center)
What to bring : 1150 copies of your insert, one person to do the stuffing
and a check for $12.00 for each regular sheet of paper's
weight that your insert is.
For instance, if you are just stuffing a regular sheet of paper, you only
need to bring 1150 copies of the stuffing and $12 (check or money, no account
billing or journal vouchers, please). If, on the other hand, you are stuffing
a newspaper that weighs 20 times that of a sheet of paper, you would need to
bring a check for $240 and 1150 copies of the newspaper.
If you have any questions, you can call me at 5-8461 or email me and I will
get back to you as soon as possible. Remember to be on time on tommorow
so we don't have to leave your insert out of the stuffing.
