Start: 7:35 pm; End: 7:55 pm. Present: Harry, Alexis, Yale, Ingrid, Joe, Rachel,
Cathy, Larry, Ellen, Kevin, Karen, Lan
Officers' reports:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SVP (Cathy): Chapter Weekend happened. From what I heard about it, it went okay.
I couldn't go. This weekend, Chris Falling is PCing a project at Cambridgeport
Children's Center. It's at 9:30 on Saturday. The following weekend is a project
at National Braille Press PCed by Karen. The following Saturday is George's
Island, and if you want to go, tell Ingrid soon, because if we have enough people
going there is a chance we could have a whole room in a haunted house to run
where we are dressed up, etc. Everyone sign up!
MVP (Kevin): Last week we had a big/little brother study break and Pledge Article
Meal and they were cool. But we still have pledges who don't have big brothers.
So, when you see any of them, be extra friendly and helpful, so they can get big
brothers soon.
AVP (Karen): nothing to report
Treasurer (Alexis): I'm treasurer now. Tomorrow I'm going to the bank and I'm
really scared, so if someone wants to come with me and hold my hand, I'd be
happy. I need people to PAY THEIR DUES! They can pay their debts, too.
FC (Jeffrey): not present
APOcEd (Chris): not present
ASC (Ari): not present
PubDir (Susan): (written report, read by Kevin) PubDir Report: Ordered
drop-poster paint. It came. Updated board slightly. Will buy more paint
tomorrow. Was clue-dumped on many aspects of drop-poster paint. Thank you
Rachel. Failed to become drunk with power.
Historian (Bob): not present
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): nothing to reportfor the committee, but we ommitted
one name from the advisor list last chapter meeting. Dottie Bowe. She has an
office in building 20, near AARP, the quarter century club, etc. Brothers have
mentioned the fact that they don't know the advisors much; they don't come to
meetings, etc. The manual says that you're only supposed to see the Chairman at
every meeting, and the other advisors are encouraged to attend a meeting or two
during the term. We used to invite the advisors for a brown bag lunch in the
office once in a while. I invited Larry to come up. He's quite busy now, though,
with his new job and with family affairs.
President (Harry): We should be getting Conclave stuff soon so people can sign
up to go.
Committee reports:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
UMOC
Ingrid: We have a letter to send out to all the living groups to encourage
people to run for UMOC. We already have one candidate, Omri. Hopefully we'll
make a drop poster this Saturday. I'll be bugging the publicity PC soon. There
will be upcoming stuff.

Announcements:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cathy: Steak Fry is coming up. Everyone should sign up. Susan and I were
planning a Study Beak on the Red Line for this Thursday, but we've decided to
posepone it until later in the term so that Susan can actualy come and also
there are fewer Fellowship events happening.
Kevin: The ASC is not here, but I know he is looking for donations for the
Steak Fry auction. If you have anything, leave it on top of the refrigerator in
the office.
PFTGOTO:
~~~~~~~
Alexis: I hit myself on the head with a log while at Chapter Weekend, and I
slept a LONG time on Sunday and my mom was mad.
Ingrid: I found out I am probably going to graduate a whole year early, which
is kind of scary. Also, my brother was beat up today.
Kevin: Go Mariners!
Karen: Go Indians!
Rachel: I got hit on the head at Chapter Weekend, too, and I also got poison
ivy. I also found an AUP.
Adjourn to a fellowship circle and toast song at 7:55 pm.
