hello. i found a great new apartment near porter square. i need to find
2 roommates by this weekend in order to sign the lease. it's a 3
bedroom place on elm street (across from albert and the pet store) with
a huge kitchen. it's very close to the star market in porter square and
the t, it's on the second floor, has no washer/dryer but there are
hookups and i am planning on getting one (you'd need to help on this
one), and it takes les than 20 minutes to bike to mit. rent is 350 a
month plus 1/3 all utilities.
please forward this message to anyone who needs a place now, the lease
is from oct1-june1. thanks!
