Someone is at the office and wants a box for carepackages, what do I do?

So someone, probably from a fraternity (possibly even from those rascals at
Alpha Phi Omega)
comes to the office asking for a box. whatever do you do?
0) Notice the whiteboard with purple marker on it that has these directions
1) ask where they are putting it. check carepackages.mit.edu
If the location is there and there is someone who can pick it up, great.
If not,
ask if they are going to take responsibility for bringing it to the
office, Random, or Talbot
preferably on either Friday or Sunday afternoon, but before May 3rd.
Enter them into that webpage if its not there.
2) notice the box in the cubby near our Attack Robot with posters and tape
and scissors
they need:
1) two posters, one of which has the list of stuff to give.
2) a box, which might need to be taped up for them
3) a slip of paper with our apo-uso@mit.edu on it, the phone number and a
box number.
The box numbers are based on location
if across the river: S***
else if north of vassar: N***
else if west of mass ave: W***
else if east of Ames E***
else: M***
