- Low-key officer reports
- The budget, and making one that is less of a lie
- Forming a Conclave committee to talk about bidding for Spring '12

Officer Reports:
rhkeeler[apoced]: write me stuff to put in the apoc. deadline is
saturday. want one officer introduction from each officer, to help the
pledges.
catherio[pvp]: 8 pledges + 2 continuing pledges = 10 pledges. we have 2
from west campus, so some publicity worked. there is a pledge manual-
it's in the locker. there is a pledge meeting on friday, and big/little
is on sunday. i'll deal with big/little forms this week
thzhou[svp]: servcomm will be meeting this week, and we have a lot to
talk about.
brogan[historian]: will look into making the gallery exist/work/reappear.
ellen[advisor]: nothing to report
k_french[ac]: let me know if you need rooms, or want something on the wuapo
katoco[om]: cabinet cleanout is coming along. who is responsible for the
paint? (toolscomm).
shawest[fvp]: fellcomm met, and made a rough plan of fellowship events
for this semester. we want to find a PC for steakfry.
kkuhn[pubdir].
jaxxson[treasurer]: we have a new budget (is passed around).
catherio: are membership funds back to normal?
jaxxson: yes
ellen: need to look for income replacement if reg day is going away.
afarrell: reg day made $430 this term.
oremanj[president]: will have my soul back within a week.

Conclave
oremanj: want to form a conclavecom to consider bidding for hosting
conclave next spring, and who are interested in organizing our effort to
organizing it. interest?
many willing to be on committee
jaxxson: hard to find one person to be a leader this far out.
oremanj: looking at the next few weeks, before we would have to make a
bid at this conclave. will also ask at next chapter meeting.

Budget:
oremanj: issue with interest?
jaxxson: can't check yet- i will have safo bits soon. will draft an
amendment for the budget before the next chapter meeting.

Other:
lori: apo75?
catherio: will update survey questions, and get them sent out. the plan
is to hold it in the fall on one of the long weekends. have a steakfry
auction/dinner, and service projects. respond to the survey when it
comes out. rhkeeler, it won't conflict with splash.
catherio: bylaws backlogged updates. we should take care of that.

catherio: won a life membership at nationals!
jaxxson: me too!
oremanj: membership academy in june.
lori: took lunch webinar. it was useful to get the vocabulary. distance
is sometimes useful.
ellen: there are also serves this summer.
lori: this would help the chapter do more large projects
catherio: big screw pc? (no). the big screw is broken, and needs to be
fixed.
lori: this sounds like a good thing to ask kim vandiver to help with.
afarrell: is around patriots day a good day for a project?
oremanj: had planned chapter weekend.
catherio: back in the day, painting/building used to be a normal project
type.
