Hi all,

This semester's Conclave is in just over a month! For our new pledges
or anyone who hasn't been, Conclave is a twice-yearly convention of
all the chapters in Sections 94 and 96 (i.e., New England). There are
workshops on various APO-y things, a low-key service project or two,
and lots of fellowship activities with brothers from other chapters.
It's a lot of fun, and a great eye-opener to the fact that there's
more of APO than what we do here at MIT.

Pledges, I know you guys haven't been with the chapter very long, but
you too are invited and strongly encouraged to come if you're
available and interested. :-)

Conclave will be *March 25-27*, i.e. the end of Spring Break. We'll
leave MIT around 4-5pm on Friday, and get back around 2-3pm on Sunday.
Sadly, due to the distance, it probably will not be possible to go for
only part of Conclave unless you arrange your own transportation. It's
at the University of Vermont which is a couple hours' drive away;
transportation will be provided. It's Olympic-themed ("Lighting the
Torch of Service").

The registration DEADLINE is FEBRUARY 28. If you want to go but aren't
sure if you can, and you won't know by then, you should sign up and
let me know you're a "maybe". You can cancel your registration at no
penalty within a week or two of the 28th.

The cost is $40 (registration) + $40 (1/4 of a hotel room for 2
nights) + ~$10 (transportation) = ~$90. If the cost is preventing you
from coming, let me know; we may be able to make arrangements.

If you want to go, sign up on the chmrr: https://apo.chmrr.net/hours/116

Hope to see a bunch of you at Conclave!

YiLFS,
Josh
