Mosaic and Lynx can't read Gopher forms?

If you use either the Lynx or the Mosaic in the sipb
directory to go to this URL:
gopher://financial.savvy.com/
and then select the item
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLACING AN ORDER,
you get an error:
0 Missing input data to ASK form
error.host 1
.
The same thing happens if you try to use any of the
other order forms on this Gopher server.
The forms work fine if you use the Gopher program itself; they fail
only if you use Lynx or Mosaic to reach them.
Is this a bug in Lynx and Mosaic, or is something wrong
with financial.savvy.com's gopher server?
