Annotation servers haven't made it back into the Mosaic/ncsa-httpd world yet. They're basically an NCSA add-on, so the fact that NCSA keeps saying ``we'll get to it later; we're busy with the other 123452352345423632654 requests sent in right now'' basically means that there's not one. It'd be interesting to see how it would work in any case...
