Mosaic certainly does. The non-beta version has a patch I added to
highlight the anchor on the new page, even. I haven't hacked it for
the beta yet. w3.el does too, even the old version installed in
outland/lib/elisp (I have newer versions, but they're not very
stable...) Lynx does as well. If Chimera doesn't then it's a bug or
an optimization, whichever tag you prefer. :-)
Chimera 1.53 is out. I grabbed it but my build got interrupted and
I've never finished it yet. I'll probably be installing it in the new
locker, once I get some time to set it up. (next week?)
